Carlos Larracilla

Carlos is the founding visionary behind PeopleAhead (www.peopleahead.com), leading the team and company overall to become the referenced tool for employers to find the right, culturally aligned, and motivated rising professionals committed about their career advancement.   

As a seasoned business consultant and leading entrepreneur for more than ten years, Carlos Larracilla has been passionate about helping people with their careers.  Working for Accenture and other multibillion dollar companies, he became an expert consultant in Human Capital strategy, processes, and systems.  In his early career previous to this, Carlos co-founded and led an industry awarded specialized media company from 1995 to 1999.  He holds an MBA from Babson College, where he Co-Chaired the 5th Babson Forum on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and received the Ralph Z. and Charlotte R. Sorenson Award for Meritorious Achievement.


Thomas Chevalier

Tom is dedicated to improving our users’ career advancement experience and building lasting relationships with corporate partners by leading PeopleAhead’s marketing and sales efforts.  A tireless advocate of analyzing the way people use the internet and applying social networking concepts to business, nobody works harder to give users the tools they need to succeed. 

Prior to PeopleAhead, Tom worked in high tech sales & client management roles at exclusive Hartford, CT retailer The Stereo Shop.  At The Stereo Shop, Tom successfully led long-term home integration projects from conception through end user education.   He has also consulted for Symantec’s Strategic Marketing & Planning Division.  Tom holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts and earned his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with magna cum laude honors.
